My Samsung 32 "720p HDLCD Wont excite!?

This is a LN-T3242H I was watching TV and suddenly off. I tried Turing in the remote and nothing happened. I tried to turn it by hand, and nothing happened. I took off for a few minutes and connect again and still nothing. The red light is on, and made a strange buzzing low, but is always off. It was not black or anything. Whenever I have the AC and the TV is fairly new. I got it in November passed by Best Buy. I tried different outlets but nothing works, even sent to Samsung. All ideas?

If this is a RCA I would say is the regulator and horizontal output. No matter what name is. It could be one or the other. Or both, but I let a professional look to it.
